Урок развития умений говорения на основе информации, полученной при чтении и восприятии и понимании речи на слух.
На начальном этапе изучения иностранного языка большинство учащихся воспринимают его с большим энтузиазмом, но столкнувшись с определенными трудностями меняют свое отношение, что приводит к снижению учебной мотивации. Решение данной проблемы автор видит во включении в учебные занятия игровых моментов, видео фрагментов, а также в использовании рабочих листов в качестве иллюстративной наглядности.

Тема: Одежда для всех времен года (Clothes for all seasons).

Цели:

– развитие навыков говорения;
– развитие познавательного интереса учащихся;
– воспитание культуры взаимоотношений при работе в парах, группах.

 

Ход урока

1 Организационно-мотивационный этап. Введение в атмосферу иноязычного общения

Good day, boys and girls. Sit down please. I’m very glad to see you. Let’s look at each other and smile at each other. Our today’s lesson will be not usual but very interesting.

1.1 Определение темы

I won’t tell you the topic of our lesson, you will do it yourself. There are papers with tasks on your desks. Here you must cross the odd word in each line and tell me it. I will write all of them on the blackboard.

Very nice. So, this is the topic of our lesson. Repeat it all together after me “Clothes in all seasons”

Look please at the screen. What can you see there? Yes, Twinky and Liz are packing their bags. Let’s listen and read the chant about it.

Let’s pack our bag! Let’s pack our bag!

Take these trainers and take these gloves.

Let’s go! Let’s go! Let’s go! Let’s go!

Do you want to go on a trip? Yes, we’ll do it. But, at first, you must do some exercises.

And now let’s answer the question. What do you want to do? Look at the blackboard and choose the card (Приложение 1).

Well, look at your desks again.  You see a check list with spare bubbles in which you’ll put your marks (Приложение 2).

 

2 Операционно-познавательный этап

2.1 Активизация в речи изученного материала. Совершенствование навыков чтения, развитие навыков говорения

Today we have here Mike, Liz, Twinky and Floppy. They are going to Belarus. Where are they from? You’re right. They are from Britain. They want to know about seasons in Belarus and the clothes we wear.

Make true sentences about seasons and clothes in Belarus to help them. Let’s do exercise 1and 2, pages 43-44 in your textbooks.

E.g. In winter it snows in Belarus. It is usually very cold.We wear jackets and boots in winter.

Now, let’s do exercise 3a, page 44.  Mike, Liz and Twinky speak about their favourite clothes. Say whose clothes are in the pictures. Now, let’s read by role and check. Which picture is extra? Very nice. Put the marks for your reading in the bubble “Read”

2.2 Релаксация

Let’s have a bit of rest. Listen to me attentively and do what I ask you to do.

Clap your hands those whose favourite season is summer.

Jump those who like rainy weather

Raise your hands those who wear gloves and warm boots in winter.

Stomp those who like snowy weather

Change your place those who like spring

You will learn what kids wear (put on) in winter and in summer.

Before we watch it I will tell you some sentences. If a sentence is true, please stand up, if it is false stay seated.

In summer it is hot.In winter we wear flip flops. In winter we wear scarfs.In summer we wear sweaters and coats.

In winter it is snowy.

Watch the cartoon and complete the sentences on your paperand speak about the clothes kids put on in summer and in winter.

Keys. In winter Susie puts on ……      a hat, a scarf, a sweater, a jacket, a coat, boots

 In summer Mike puts on ……. a T-shirt, a hat, shorts, flip flops, sunglasses

Развитие навыков говорения

It’s time to go on a trip. I invite you to visit new places. But at first you must pack your bag and get a ticket.

Choose one, read the word on the back and sit at the table with the same card (summer, winter, spring) (Приложение 3). Well done!

Look please at the worksheets on your desks. Fill them out and then speak about your favourite season, clothes you wear in itand what can you do on your trip (Приложение 4).

 Put the mark for your story in the bubble “Speak”

 

3 Рефлексивный этап. Оценка результатов учебной деятельности учащихся, самоанализ и самооценка учащимися собственных результатов учебной деятельности и полученных впечатлений

Well, our lesson is almost over. You have worked very well and trained your listening, reading and speaking skills. Look at the blackboard and answer the questions.

Can you speak about clothes in summer/ winter?

Put a mark for your mood in your check list and count your marks for the lesson.

Your home task is Ex.3b, p.45.

Are you ready for the trip? Yes, we are. Then let’s smile at each other and say a chant about it.
